SET Global

Ecosystem of education, innovations, and social impact

about SET Global

SET University is a non-profit educational institution whose key goal is to promote innovation and make quality technological education more accessible.

In addition to master’s and short-term programs, we actively develop grant initiatives and international partnerships. All of this is within the framework of our key goal: to elevate technical literacy to a qualitatively new level from school to profession, and to strengthen critically important aspects of public life with innovative solutions.

Thanks to this, our students, researchers in fields at the intersection of technology and science, and promising startups gain global opportunities for development.

our activities

As part of our scientific and educational activities and social mission, we collaborate with businesses, educational institutions, international, domestic, and governmental organizations — to ensure maximum development of the technical industry in Ukraine. Thanks to this, we find a balance between academic opportunities, market demands, and the university’s social contribution. Our main areas are: cybersecurity, deep tech, AI, software engineering, and technological leadership.

Key areas of systemic international cooperation include developing partnerships with the University of California, Berkeley, the Ministry of Digital Transformation, the Ministry of Education and Science, as well as within the Horizon Europe, Erasmus+ programs, and the ISACA, BUP, EAHEA networks. The university also launched the SET Cyber Labs research initiative and joined international educational initiatives European EdTech Organisations Map, Ecosystem Builder Map, and EIT Deep Tech Talent Initiative.

Furthermore, we lobby for and support inclusive technological and educational opportunities — which is why we launch grant programs for women entrepreneurs, veterans, and military personnel.
