Ecosystem of education, innovations, and social impact
About SET Global
SET University is a non-profit educational institution whose core mission is to promote innovation and make high-quality technology education more accessible.
In addition to master’s degrees and short-term programs, we actively develop grant initiatives and international partnerships. All of this serves our main goal: to raise technical literacy to a new level, from school to professional careers, and to strengthen critical areas of public life through technology-driven solutions.
As a result, our students, researchers working at the intersection of technology and science, and promising startups gain access to global development opportunities.

Our Activities
As part of our academic and educational activities and our social mission, we collaborate with businesses, educational institutions, international, domestic, and governmental organizations to ensure the maximum development of the technical sector in Ukraine. Through this, we strike a balance between academic capabilities, market needs, and the university’s societal contribution. Our core focus areas include cybersecurity, deep tech, AI, software engineering, and technological leadership.
Key areas of systematic international cooperation include the development of partnerships with the University of California, Berkeley; the Ministry of Digital Transformation; the Ministry of Education and Science; as well as participation in the Horizon Europe and Erasmus+ programs and the ISACA, BUP, and EAHEA networks. The university has also launched the SET Cyber Labs research initiative and joined international educational initiatives such as the European EdTech Organizations Map, the Ecosystem Builder Map, and the EIT Deep Tech Talent Initiative.
In addition, we advocate for and support inclusive technological and educational opportunities—this is why we launch grant programs for women entrepreneurs, veterans, and military personnel.
Our Impact
Project Office
To ensure strategic growth in this area, we established a Project Office that develops and implements project ideas, attracts grant funding, builds international partnerships, and increases the university’s global visibility.
Thanks to our specialists, we achieve our main goal – supporting innovation and entrepreneurial development while fulfilling our social mission.
