HealthTech Demo Day for a new generation of founders
The final offline event of the Generation H 3.0 acceleration program for everyone interested in the development of HealthTech in Ukraine. One day that encapsulates ten weeks of work to showcase how far the teams have come – and where HealthTech is headed in Ukraine.
Generation H is a flagship HealthTech program by SET University and Tokarev Foundation, created to foster innovation at the intersection of medicine, science, and technology. Since 2024, it supports startups at various stages of development – from idea formation to scaling in international markets and attracting investments.
HealthTech acceleration. Ten weeks of working with mentors, investors, and market experts – and the teams are ready to show what their products have become. At the end of the day, we will announce the winner, who will receive $15,000 for development.
But the Demo Day program goes far beyond pitches. Investors will share their current focus, mature companies and holdings will explain how their MedTech businesses are built, and medical institutions and the public sector will describe the healthcare system from their perspective. One day – and a comprehensive overview of Ukrainian HealthTech, useful not only for accelerator participants but also for other companies, doctors, scientists, and everyone working in or investing in this market.

Speakers
Ihor Liski
Entrepreneur and investor, founder and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of EFI Group and co-founder of the Ukrainian Institute for the Future. For over 20 years he has been attracting Ukrainian and international investment across various sectors of the national economy. In 2019, EFI Group acquired DOC.UA — today Ukraine’s largest online medical hub.
Inna Maslenchuk
Inna leads the MedTech and BioTech track within WINWIN. She manages the development of MedTech Sandbox, WINWIN MedTech Center of Excellence, state instruments for supporting MedTech startups, and strategic partnerships aimed at developing Ukraine as a global center for medical and biotechnological innovations. She has a medical education and a Master’s degree in Public Administration. She has many years of experience in reforming the healthcare system, developing public procurement of medicines, and creating regulatory mechanisms for innovative medical technologies.
Pavlo Malovanyi
Founder of I-Bionic Group, which develops software and engineering solutions for healthcare. He created ATLANT, Touch Vision, MARVI, and OKOLO VISION – products for rehabilitation, ophthalmology, and clinic operations. Winner of Generation H 2.0 with Touch Vision.
Anastasiia Dieieva
CEO of the Tokarev Foundation and former Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs for European Integration. She has over 10 years of executive experience across the public, civil society, and international sectors, and is an advocate for women’s leadership and gender equality.

Yes. Demo Day is open to everyone interested in HealthTech – subject to prior registration and its confirmation by the organizers. Seating is limited.
