From Fragmentation to System: Building HealthTech in Ukraine Together

The Ukrainian healthcare system has unique potential: a strong engineering base, high adaptability, and real demand shaped by wartime conditions. This is a solid foundation for building a world-class HealthTech market.

At the same time, startups struggle to scale, clinics fail to implement new solutions, and the regulatory environment remains unpredictable. The problem isn’t a lack of innovation. It’s the absence of a system that transforms innovations into tangible patient outcomes.

We are bringing together those who can make a difference — to synchronize visions, openly discuss systemic blockers, and agree on next steps.

A working meeting for representatives of the state, healthcare providers, startups, and international partners will serve as a space for honest conversation and concrete solutions.

The meeting will be held with prior registration confirmation. Organizers reserve the right to form the final participant list according to the event’s concept and format.

We value open and constructive dialogue, so we ask all participants to adhere to principles of mutual respect. If the event format is not respected, organizers may ask a participant to leave the meeting.

The roundtable is organized by SET University and Ukraine’s Global Innovation Strategy 2030 (WINWIN) in partnership with the Ministry of Health of Ukraine as part of the Generation H HealthTech project.
