Special Conditions for Participation in the Admission Campaign

Individuals recognized as affected participants of the Revolution of Dignity, combatants in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On the Status of War Veterans, Guarantees of Their Social Protection," including those serving in the military (excluding conscripts) as per the relevant regulations on military service for Ukrainian citizens

Individuals who were denied registration for participation in the ЄВІ or ЄФВВ by the admissions committee (based on the decision of the regulatory commission of the regional center for educational quality assessment, made after reviewing the applicant's documents at the request of the registering admissions committee) due to the inability to create special conditions. This requires the submission of a copy of the medical certificate (form № 086-3/o "Medical Certificate on the Creation of Special Conditions for External Independent Testing") to the personal card, signed by the secretary of the regulatory commission at the regional center for educational quality assessment and stamped by the center

Individuals who were denied the creation of special conditions for the ЄВІ/ЄФВВ by the regulatory commission of the regional center for educational quality assessment due to the lack of organizational and technological capabilities. This requires the submission of the relevant extract from the protocol of the regulatory commission meeting and a medical certificate indicating the need for certain conditions for the ЄВІ/ЄФВВ

Persons with disabilities or children with disabilities who, in 2025, did not participate in the main or additional sessions of the ЄВІ or ЄФВВ due to a disease or pathological condition listed in the Register of Diseases and Pathological Conditions that May Prevent Participation in External Independent Evaluation, approved by Order No. 1027/900 (provided that a document (or its copy) confirming disability status and one of the documents specified in subparagraph 1 of paragraph 2 of Order No. 1027/900, or a copy of such a document, is submitted to the admissions office of the higher education institution)
