Generation H 2.0: Mentorship program for HealthTech startups kicks off in Ukraine
23 / 7 / 25
SET University, in partnership with the Tokarev Foundation, has launched Generation H 2.0, a mentorship program for Health Tech startups that aim to solve complex medical challenges not just with words but also with cutting-edge technology.
The European Union supports the program through the EIT HEI Initiative, which is part of the Knowledge Rise project.
Many applied — the boldest were selected
We received 25 applications this year, and eight breakthrough teams were selected to join the program. Each brings a unique vision of the future of healthcare, and each has the potential to grow far beyond the Ukrainian market.
Startup domains include:
- Telemedicine
- Mental health solutions
- Physiotherapy and rehabilitation
- Femtech
80% of the selected startups focus on medical and psychological solutions.
50% are dedicated to supporting veterans and addressing PTSD-related challenges.

More than lectures — this is a startup bootcamp
Generation H 2.0 is a 10-week hands-on mentorship, workshops, and practice journey. Teams work closely with leading mentors from business, academia, and investment, getting expert support in UX, legal, medical regulation, and finance.
The program runs in both online and offline formats. It has already kicked off with the first meetings and mentor introductions — and even a joint workshop with the Science & Business Acceleration Program participants. At SET, we believe the best ideas are born at the intersection of diverse innovation ecosystems.
What’s next?
The program will culminate in a Demo Day, during which each team will present its progress, and a jury will select the winner.
A special prize awaits the top team from program partners, and all participants will gain invaluable experience, new connections, and a real boost for scaling their ventures.
Generation H is about turning ideas into real products and early-stage teams into serious businesses. We wholeheartedly wish each startup inspiration, resilience, and growth throughout the program.
Program is supported by the European Union through the EIT HEI Initiative as part of the “Knowledge Rise: Advancing Sustainable Blue-Green Economies via Deep Tech – Innovation Capacity Building in Higher Education” project within the broader CloudEARTHi initiative, coordinated by the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT).
