KA2 Erasmus+ project “Raising awareness of cybersecurity in education”

In December 2023, SET University had the honor of joining the international Erasmus+ KA2 project “Raising awareness of cybersecurity in education” (EnCycLEd), which will be implemented over the next three years.

The project aims to promote digital readiness for cybersecurity, resilience, and capacity building in educational institutions through a comprehensive development of literacy and awareness in cybersecurity. Special attention is given to fostering interconnected educational systems across Europe by increasing cybersecurity awareness and education in secondary schools, vocational institutions, and university courses-particularly those that train future teachers.

The EnCycLEd project consortium is led by the University of Innsbruck in Austria and includes eight other partners: SET University (Ukraine); Ruprecht-Karls University of Heidelberg (Germany); Ukrainian Cybersecurity Academy (Ukraine); Ascend Consulting (Malta); REACH Innovation (Austria); University of Macedonia (Greece); Kyiv Vocational College with Enhanced Military and Physical Training (Ukraine); and the Association of Post-Secondary Education and Training of the American Farm School (Greece).

The EnCycLEd educational platform

It aims to improve cybersecurity education and awareness for students, teachers, and professionals. It aims to offer a secure, easy-to-access, and interactive online environment, enabling the exchange of knowledge and resources among people from various languages and cultures.
