SET University and Cyber Eagle Project Inc. Join Forces to Enhance Cybersecurity and Technological Potential in Ukraine

The collaboration between SET University and Cyber Eagle encompasses several areas:
- Teaching and Mentorship. Cyber Eagle Project Inc. experts will participate in SET courses as guest lecturers, directly mentor students, and help shape curricula. This allows students to learn from leading specialists with practical international experience in critical infrastructure protection.
- Practical Training. Joint seminars, hackathons, ideathons, and training at a cyber range, where students, together with Cyber Eagle specialists and partners, practice real attack and defense scenarios.
- Joint Research and Student Startups. Collaborative research projects and analytical whitepapers in AI and cybersecurity, as well as support for student innovations and startups from idea to real-world application.
- International Exchanges. Exchanges and internships that connect SET students and staff with Cyber Eagle teams and partners in the USA and Europe, providing access to their international network.
- Policy Development, Joint Initiatives, and Governance. SET and Cyber Eagle plan to jointly work on developing a range of policies in AI and cybersecurity through roundtables, international discussions, and conferences on security, ethics, and governance, to amplify Ukraine’s voice in shaping global standards.
- Funding and Building Financial Sustainability. SET ensures the financial stability of its operations during the war by attracting grants, funds from innovation foundations, donor programs, and charitable partnerships. Cyber Eagle reinforces these efforts by expanding access to its international network and strategic partners.
The partnership will unfold in two stages. During the war, SET and Cyber Eagle are focused on maintaining the continuity of education, research, and training of Ukraine’s technological talent, despite challenges, with the support of international partners. The second stage aims for growth: attracting investments and strengthening cooperation between industry and universities to enhance the SET ecosystem and boost Ukraine’s long-term competitiveness.
Ukraine is where cybersecurity is tested in real-world conditions, and our students live in this reality every day. Now they will work side-by-side with the Cyber Eagle team, which protects critical infrastructure on a large scale. This kind of experience shapes engineers capable of rebuilding Ukraine.
Ukraine has become one of the world's most important laboratories for modern cybersecurity. Through our partnership with SET University, we are creating a two-way exchange of knowledge, research, and talent that strengthens Ukraine's resilience and, at the same time, helps the US and our global partners prepare for next-generation cyber threats. Security today is built through cooperation and the sharing of roles and responsibilities. And investing in a new generation of cybersecurity leaders is a contribution to our common security.
